Will be provided at the end of the meeting.
Meeting started at 14h13 and ended around 17h45. 8 people were present (out of which none had really asked for the "election" theme...). 4 main topics were discussed in two rounds in subgroups.

=== Citizen lists ===
The question was : ''"When is it worth to join a list as pirate party?"''. And the answer in a nutshell is: ''"When it's a true citizen list"''.

A citizen list is for people, building a network of people with different backgrounds --> the '''methodology''' of the group is of prime importance, as it has to work by the example. The list must be inclusive, kept open, with all having a (equal) say. Transparency is mandatory to enable participation. The list also needs full independence from traditional parties, free from interference. As a guide, check the "[https://www.loomio.org/d/VKhSW0Ed/the-open-organization-maturity-model open maturity model]".

Important to think about:
* What is the link between the elected pirate person of the citizen list and the pirate party? what is the priority?
* How much time may be spent on what after the (non-)election?
* We must be ready to make mistakes... so that we can learn from them.

Reporting

Provided at the end of the meeting by the sub-groups.

Meeting started at 14h13 and ended around 17h45. 8 people were present (out of which none had really asked for the "election" theme...). 4 main topics were discussed in two rounds in subgroups.

Citizen lists

The question was : "When is it worth to join a list as pirate party?". And the answer in a nutshell is: "When it's a true citizen list".

A citizen list is for people, building a network of people with different backgrounds --> the methodology of the group is of prime importance, as it has to work by the example. The list must be inclusive, kept open, with all having a (equal) say. Transparency is mandatory to enable participation. The list also needs full independence from traditional parties, free from interference. As a guide, check the "open maturity model".

Important to think about:

  • What is the link between the elected pirate person of the citizen list and the pirate party? what is the priority?
  • How much time may be spent on what after the (non-)election?
  • We must be ready to make mistakes... so that we can learn from them.
