Le but de cette escouade est de s'occuper de la maintenance du Wiki des Pirates de Belgique.

Les membres de l'escouade ont les droits d'administrateurs. Il peuvent donc supprimer, restaurer ou protéger une page et bloquer une adresse IP ou un compte utilisateur. N'hésitez pas à faire appel à eux si nécessaire.

Vision

Ce que le wiki devrait fournir:

• Un endroit pour partager et trouver de l'information.
• Une façon efficace et non-envahissante de communiquer entre pirates.

Projets

• Documenter le wiki

Visual editor

We consider the option of installing the Visual Editor to ease page edition.

Blocking :

• We are not sure whether this new tool would make the edition easier, or on the opposite it will complexify everything by hiding wiki syntax from the user.
  • This requires more discussions within the WikiSquad.

Future

• Provide adequate tools to crews and squads to easy their workflow.
• Offer an easy way to write and manage bilingual pages.
• Implement an alternative to the mailing list (with semantic).
• Improve the searching tool.

Done

• Implement a calendar through Semantic Mediawiki, see [1].
• Move the Wiki to a new server.

• Fix translation system.

• Create/import a template 'outdated content/page'.
• Organise, distribute and manage statues administrator and Bureaucrate and delete obsolete user accounts
• Propose wiki templates in the according page
• Translate the introduction message of this page in Dutch, French and English.
• Install a calendar system (cf. Talk:WikiSquad#Calendar)
• Clarify the elections page or find people to do it.
• Create a WikiBar.
• Make the white ground color of the logo transparent.
  • There is a bug to upload files.
• Fix the <ref> system, see issue.
• Add subpage feature, see issue.
• Make the category tool efficient.
• Install navboxes, see [2].
• Bug : Redirection to blank page when you are on Special:WatchlistCreêere,
• Enable PageNotice (cf Talk:WikiSquad#PageNotice)
• Receive notification for all pages of the wiki then send it to Patrick on a regular basis
