The first incomplete translation is based on google translate and reworked by myself and should definitely be checked by someone more competent in Nederlands than me !  De algemene vergadering van de leden belast het coreteam met het dagelijks bestuur van de feitelijke vereniging

I would have try with the following but I'm really not sure : 

 L'assemblée générale rend la coreteam responsable de sa gestion journalière
