The Place

The hour of the beginning and the end

Lio : I think, it can be find if we continue informal discussion unty the morning on a good bar and front of a good beer...

The target

Lio : I meen everybody agree with the fact that it's impossible to deliberate the all party organisation by discussing and vote 29 proposition on one day. So if we could have already come to an agreement on how to treat all proposals as a first step, and make a first sorting on the proposals already made as a second step, would already be a great success.

How to reach the target

Lio : I think the very first step is to be agree and vote to get a very basic "how to" for manage the creation of the structure of our organisation whit all propositions that we already make. There isn't alternative for me. It have to be a direct and participate democracy procedure with referendum and chorum. What we need to know and vote is in one hand how many % of pirate is a sufficient chorum, how to create a chorum and prove it, in the other hand, how to organize referendum on line and off line For example on jegouverne.be or liquidfeedback with possibility of delegation from off line to on line by crew representation. If we are ok with this we can start to make a live organisation of referendum and start the procedure in live on the end of the day
