Quoi? - Wat?

L'évènement a deux objectifs :

• Célébrer la fin des élections;
• Préparer le terrain pour la prochaine assemblée générale du 9/10 août prochain.

De Pirate Lab heeft twee doelen:

• het einde van de verkezingscampagne vieren; en
• de volgende algemene vergadering van 9 en 10 augustus voorbereiden.

1. Elections wrap-up (10h30 - 13h00)

• Intro - 15 min
  • Highlights and results of the elections - 15 min
• Evaluation of the election (workshop) - 45 min
  • Pirates share thoughts and fill in an evaluation form by groups of 5 - 45 min
• BREAK - 10 min
• Presentation of the evaluations - 30 min
• Q&A based on the output of the workshop - 30 min

Lunch : Potluck/Auberge espagnole (bring sth to share!)

2. GA preparation (14h00)

• Party overview - 60 min
  • Presentation of the coreteam - 20 min
  • Presentation of crews - 30 min
• BREAK - 10 min
• Presentation of the GA process - 5 min
• Presentation of getopinionated - 5 min
• Selection of topics for the workshop, divided in program and statutes themes. (= everything that requires a vote in a GA) - 10 min
• Workshop in groups on selected themes - 45 min
  • Pirates gather in small groups to discuss ideas and projects about statutes, programme...
• Highlights of the workshop - 10 min
• BREAK - 10 min
• Overview of current typical operations, who's who, who's working on what? - 15min
• Selection of topics for the workshop : projects, plans for the future (= nothing that requires a vote) - 10 min
• Workshop in groups on selected operational topics - 45 min
• Highlights of the workshop - 10 min

3. Closing event : Pledging - 20min

• Every pirate is invited to state what projects he will work on in the coming months.

Finishes around 17h30.
