Description

This description is copied form the Open Organization Maturity Model and can be improved and / or adapted to our own organization and / or any political oriented ones.

The Open Organization Maturity Model is a framework for helping your organization to become more transparent, inclusive, adaptable, collaborative, and communal. It outlines steps that individuals, teams, and organizations can take to critically examine their organizational practices and chart their progress toward becoming a more open organization (as outlined in the Open Organization Definition). source

For on-line discussions on this project, we have our Loomio thread.

Purpose

The purpose of this project is to create a tool/tools to asses and invite us, as pirates, to consider our own «openness» as defined by the open organization definition. To do this we base ourself on the open organization maturity model framework created by the Open Organization Ambassadors.

Conclusion

This project was getting abandoned, so it's decided to close it. The current Belgian Pirateparty isn't really big enough to start using this model already.
