We will meet in De 'Blauwe Schuit', Vismarkt 16, 3000 Leuven at 14h00.

The aim of this meeting will be to further define guidelines for a democratic meeting. Everybody who wants to help with this is, of course, welcome :)

• Work further on the guidelines for meetings
  • We had already started to write down what functions are needed in a meeting (see pad). We should work this out further.
  • Write a new text based on the mindmap, functions and the 'Meeting ground rules'-tekst. (see Democracy/Meeting/12_02_2017)

Minutes

We started with reviewing the mindmap of last meeting. We explained to the new people how we created the first mindmap. We divided the mindmap into groups and added some new bubbles. Then we moved to the creation of the actual guidelines. We discussed how to organise the guidelines (chronologically, or grouped by functions). We decided to start by trying the approach of grouping by functions.

A new meeting was set in L'Esperance, Rue du Finistere 1-3, Brussels the 26/03/2017 at 14h. The agenda will be to work further on the guidelines.
