Agenda

  • What are the guidelines for a democratic meeting ?

Minutes

There were three people present. We first started with a roundtable where everybody introduced themself and told what they expected of this meeting. We went over the minutes of the last meeting. The goal of this meeting is to come up with a text that gives guidelines to how we can organise meetings. We had a text 'Meeting ground rules' that can be used as a basis for meetings. Because the way discribed in this text is not the way most pirates would like to organise a meeting, a mindmap was created around the theme 'co-creation in a meeting'. From this mindmap we wanted to use the text 'Meeting ground rules' as a basis to create a new text that agrees to the principles as described in the mindmap. A date for a new meeting was set on Sunday 05/03/2017 (the fifth of March 2017) at 14h00 in 'De Blauwe Schuit', Leuven. The goal of that meeting should be to work further on creating these guidelines.
