• The 3 Pirates rule : It's the golden rule : Any initiative can be launched by any pirate, provided that
  • he/she finds two other pirates to go along with him/her
  • it is not illegal
  • it doesn't harm the party's image
  • and it doesn't need any money from the chest (but a request can be filed !).
