Still need to add refinement pad here for the Solutions.

Agenda

• Check what needs to be refined for the texts of the 4 values (how can we check the rudder?)
• Refine the vertical vs horizontal (delegated party politics)
• Check the Solutions (maybe we need more/less, prioritization)
• Refine some Solutions texts
