This is the "CrewSidebar" template. It should be called in the following format:

Parameters
parameter	description
language	FR or NL. Language in which the template should be displayed.
crewname	Page name is default
province*
city*
meeting_place
online	Links to online presence.
captain*
contact*	Contact point. eg : some user's page or an email adress enclosed in <email></email>
treasure
quarter	Name of the Quarter-Master.
program	Name of a responsible for the program.
