We asked ourself: What's a democratic decision ?
*A democratic decision should be in consensus. If you can't find a consensus on the question, you should find a consensus on the decision-process. (For example, if you can't find a consensus on the question, you can agree to postpone, discuss, organise meetings, not need a decision at all, vote... Make those kind of questions explicit!)

*Consensus means co-creativity and dialogue, avoid voting. This can take time, sometimes we cannot reach decision right away. A decision should be revisable and is therefore temporary.

Minutes

We asked ourself: What's a democratic decision ?

  • A democratic decision should be in consensus. If you can't find a consensus on the question, you should find a consensus on the decision-process.
    • For example, if you can't find a consensus on the question, you can agree to postpone, discuss, organise meetings, not need a decision at all, vote... Make those kind of questions explicit!
  • Consensus means co-creativity and dialogue, avoid voting. This can take time, sometimes we cannot reach decision right away. A decision should be revisable and is therefore temporary.
