asbl/vzw The Black Pearl
The black pearl asbl/vzw does the financial work for the Party. It's original statutes can be found here and the corrections after the General assembly of 2012 here.
The Pirate Party
The Pirate Party itself is set up as a (feitelijke vereniging/association de fait). This is to preserve the anonimity of all our members to the maximum possible. The Pirate Party itself has no statutes.
