ASBL/VZW creation project

On Belgian Pirates United Facebook Group it seemed that multiple pirates got agitated by the lack of organization within the Belgian pirates.

The Pirate Assembly Fall 2016 voted that it was necessary.

Those are the statuts to review for the creation of Mermaid vzw/asbl.
