			We followed the [[Internal Democracy/Guidelines\|guidelines]], and after a short roundtable, we divided in two subgroups:
			* How to take decisions in group ?
			* What is the Pirate Party / Informal moment

			After the plenary, we decided to divide again in two subgroups:
			* Online vs offline meetings
			* Informal moment

			At the end of the meeting, we decided that:
			* We should create guidelines for co-creative discussions
			* We should talk about "Internal Democracy" in general, and not "creating guidelines" in particular.

			Regarding the location, we decided to look for another place as this one was pretty warm. The "Fleur en Papier Doré" could be an option, and Hadrien will check if we can book the room. (Note: It is not free : 30€... [[User:HgO\|HgO]] ([[User talk:HgO\|talk]]) 22:49, 21 November 2017 (CET))

			=== How to take decisions in group ? ===

			We first made an overview of the different tools and techniques to have a co-creative meeting : silent object, subgroups, self-moderation, avoid time pressure, etc. We avoid discussions in plenary, as we are too much people (waste of time) and moderation is difficult. We can also have informal moments both within a meeting, and outside the meeting (e.g. BBQ, Party, etc.)

			When we take decisions, we can (should?) ask ourselves : Who is impacted by the decision ? Who heard of these decisions ?

			In the end, this subgroup was an exchange of experience between pirates and the [https://lycee-experimental.org/ Lycée Expérimental of Saint-Nazaire].

			=== Online vs. offline meetings ===

			We decided that important decisions should be taken in offline meetings. However, we didn't define what important means here. The reason is that we lose something "human" in online meetings. For instance, simple rules such as silent object cannot be applied in online meetings.

			We also decided that online meetings should be used (as much as possible) as consultative tools, before (inputs) and after (feedback) taking decisions.

== About this workgroup ==

The [[Internal Democracy|internal democracy]] workgroup organizes meetings to think and discuss about the inner working of the Belgian pirate party. The goal is to define rules, methodology, or guidelines that can lead to a democratic decision-making within a group. More generally, we experiment around the concept of "co-creative meeting", where every attendees share the common desire of building something together.

At this moment we are working on guidelines on how to hold a meeting, and especially on how to structure the information produced in a meeting.

Please read carefully [[Internal Democracy/Guidelines|our meeting guidelines]], as they will be used during this meeting.

== Agenda ==

The aim of this meeting will be to work on the structure of the information.

* keep working to have a simple guidelines structure containing some recommended fundamentals
* keep working about the reporting (where do we report (wiki/pad/mindmap/pictures/documents ?), how do we structure the information ?)
* keep practicing with our own [[Internal Democracy/Guidelines|Internal Democracy guidelines]].
* have a look to collect comments on [[Media:MeetingGuideLinesVisual.svg]] (see below)

In addition, in a [[Internal Democracy/Meeting/23 07 2017#Minutes|previous meeting]] we decided that:
* we should discuss whether we enlarge the group purposes to "Internal Democracy" instead of "Internal Democracy : Creating guidelines";
* we should talk about what individuals has to do in order to have a co-creative meeting, and discuss whether we need guidelines for this;
* we should discuss how to include the commitments that everybody has to do at the end of the meeting.
As we didn't had time to discuss those topics, there might be still relevant at this meeting.
